Yeah. Surfing & skiing here in Washington, too.
Now, wait a minute. I lived in Seattle for a while and I never heard of anybody surfing the Washington coast.
Although, I will admit I spent most of my time there in a depressed drunken haze, so I may have missed some stuff… like the entirety of 1999.

Did you live there in ‘99? If so, too funny. I lived & worked in Bellingham for two years (1998 - 2000). Used to go to Seattle (Capitol Hill, for obvious reasons) or Vancouver every weekend just to stay sane.

I think you need to clarify you can ski in snow, and surf in HEAT on the same day- all the while driving through a desert to get from one destination to another! :) yay California!
